Below is an interesting video containing pictures of light brown Africans with no racial admixture. While I question the “purity” of a two or three of them, it confirms what I’ve always believed about black features, white features, and those in between.
A couple of years ago, I got into a discussion with a Nigerian woman about light skin color. As Americans, we’re taught that all blacks have white ancestry if they are any lighter than navy blue. The Nigerian woman explained that Some Africans are very light in color with absolutely no white ancestry.
For the record, I don’t believe that a pure black person can have blue or green eyes, caucasian type hair and pale skin. I do believe that a black person can have light brown skin, a straight nose, and paper thin lips without having a mixed ancestry.
In other words, Africans aren’t any more mixed than the whitest Europeans.
